Product ranges
Cosmetic packaging: four format families
Each range below is moulded and decorated in-house. The page for each one lists formats, typical decoration routes and the questions buyers raise at specification stage.
Medical Aesthetics & Ampoules
Single-dose ampoules, twin-chamber serum bottles, bulb bottles, flat-bottom bottles, roll-on bottles,essential-oil bottles. The range brands under-dermatology and skin-booster formats where barrier integrity and fill compatibility decide whether the formula survives.
Colour Cosmetics
Cushion cases, eyeshadow compacts, lipstick and lip-colour shells, powder containers. Decoration is where this category is won or lost — finish, texture and print consistency are what a shopper actually touches.
Zinc Alloy
Zinc-alloy eye-cream sticks, spatulas, massage applicators, perfume caps. Metal components that carry both mechanical function and visible brand surface.
Bamboo & Wood Packaging
Cream jars, eye-mask boxes, dry-wipe boxes, plastic spatulas, roll-on bottles. A sustainability-led alternative line for brands replacing plastic in their outer and secondary packaging.
What applies to every range
Material selection against the formula
Wall thickness, barrier needs and the filling process decide the grade. We specify the material and explain why, and supply the relevant declaration documents.
Decoration matched to the closure
Metallizing, printing and finishing are specified together with the closure geometry, because a coating that looks right on a straight wall behaves differently over a radius.
Tooling you own
Customer-specific tooling is treated as customer property and is not produced for third parties. Confidentiality terms can be signed before detail is shared.
Approval samples before production
First-article approval precedes the production run, so colour, texture, fit and decoration are signed off on actual parts rather than on renders.
